Engage

Using whatever media channels at your disposal, Engage with your prospects and begin the process of building a relationship. Keep all records and automate responses with TEMsuite.

Develop & Consult

Develop your relationship and fully understand your prospects business needs and how you can provide the products and services to help them achieve those needs. 

05.

Offer & Proposal

Make your offer, either as a Quotation, a Mini Proposal or a full blown Proposition. Work with your Prospect to refine your offer and ensure that it meets their expectations.

06.

Close

If the previous 5 stages have been successfully executed, Closing The Sale should be a formality but there can be bumps along the way. Ensure that you have covered these ahead of time.

Meet Our Leadership

Gary Graynoth

CEO and Principal Consultant

Created in 2017, GAT Consulting is all about providing both corporate and SME clients with affordable independent consultancy services to help them architect an effective networks and cloud strategy. GAT can define effective solutions and support effective sourcing to meet business requirements and all of the demands of new trends such as “Cloud First”, Unified Communications enhancements and delivering an excellent end-user experience.

It was from here that we identified a real issue across the Enterprise sector, where spend on apps such as SaleForce.com were astronomical for many organisations.

Putting this into perspective, the business needed to sell a substantial amount of new business just to meet the licence fees. GAT identified SuiteCRM as an app which delivered a superset of the SaleForce functionality, but with its OpenSource licencing roots, was effectively free.

Using this as its core and all of the in-built customisation capability plus our own expertise, TEMsuite was developed as a business facing flavour of SuiteCRM, configured in a much more business focused manner than it provides as standard. A Total Engagement Management solution

This is where our business focus now lies and GAT are actively seeking new customers to share in its success following the path of SuiteCRM. TEMsuite is not a competitor to SuiteCRM, simply a more business focused and applied flavour and we actively promote it as such under the SuiteCRM OpenSource banner. 

Our aim is to deliver the best of service at an affordable cost, which makes us both cost effective and able to deliver tangible benefits to our clients which are much greater than our cost.
